More smartphones in the Xiaomi 12 series: Xiaomi 12T is about to launch

This will be the seventh model in the series.

Well-known insider Mukul Sharma revealed some of the characteristics of the not yet presented Xiaomi 12T.

So, it is reported that the novelty will receive the flagship chipset Snapdragon 8+ Gen1. The device will feature a FullHD+ Amoled display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be available in three memory versions: these are 8/128, 8/256 and 12/256 GB of RAM and permanent memory, respectively. They also promise support for fast 120-watt charging.

Almost nothing is known about the Xiaomi 12T camera, it is only assumed that the main sensor will receive an optical image stabilization system.

The device also recently received FCC certification under the code name 22071212AG. The certification confirmed some obvious things about the device, such as support for Wi-fi, Bluetooth, 5G mobile networks, GPS, and the presence of an infrared port. But if the smartphone has been certified, then soon it should enter the global market.

According to preliminary information, Xiaomi 12T will be the global version of the Chinese Redmi K50S. In addition, the smartphone will receive two "brothers" in the face of Xiaomi 12T Pro and Xiaomi 12T Hypercharge, which will be presented exclusively for the Japanese market.
