Samsung wants to compete with Doogee and Ulefone
Thanks to new secure devices.
Today, the market for secure gadgets is that small niche where the mastodons of the mobile industry have not yet broken into, and at the expense of which small manufacturers such as Doogee or Ulefone live.
But Samsung is not happy with this alignment. For many years now, the South Korean giant has been trying to capture this niche with the Galaxy XCover and Galaxy Active lines. And this year, the market expansion will continue, with the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro phone and the Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro tablet.
Galaxy XCover 6 Pro should get a 6.6-inch FullHD+ TFT screen with a waterdrop notch for a 16-megapixel front camera, a 4050 mAh battery, a dual rear camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor and an ultra-wide resolution of 8 or 12 megapixels. The processor will likely be the Snapdragon 778G. In the minimum version of the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro will offer 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
Almost nothing is known about the Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro tablet. We only know that it will offer users support for the S Pen stylus.
Naturally, both devices will receive shock-resistant, dust- and moisture-resistant cases to work in extreme conditions. Both devices will also receive IP68/IP69K certification. The presentation of new products will take place on July 13, at the same time prices for them will be announced.
